✅ Rental Agreement A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. ✅ Booking Requirements Guests must be at least 23 years old to book. Third-party bookings are not permitted—the person making the reservation must be staying at the property. ✅ Starter Supplies A starter supply of essentials is provided, including paper products, toiletries, coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, and other essentials. Additional supplies may be needed for longer stays. ✅ Internet & Streaming High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Smart TVs are provided throughout the home so you can sign in to your favorite streaming apps using your own login credentials. ✅ Chalet Village Clubhouse Access Guests receive seasonal access to all three Chalet Village clubhouses and their recreational facilities with use of the owner’s key card provided at the chalet. The clubhouses are not within walking distance, but each is just a short drive from the chalet. ✅ Mountain Wildlife & Bears Bears and other wildlife are common in the Smoky Mountains. Never leave food or trash outside or inside vehicles. Keep vehicle doors and chalet doors locked at all times, as bears can open unlocked doors. Never feed or approach wildlife. ✅ Mountain Roads The Evergreen Chalet is located in a mountain community with steep, narrow, and winding roads. Please drive slowly and use extra caution, particularly at night and during rain, snow, or icy conditions. Snow tires, tire chains, AWD, or 4WD are recommended during the winter months, especially when snow or ice is expected. ✅ Outdoor Security Camera For guest safety and property security, one exterior security camera faces the front door and entrance area. There are no indoor cameras or cameras overlooking private outdoor living spaces. ✅ Travel Insurance I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unexpected weather, illness, or other unforeseen events.
